2. Eligibility

  • Entrants must follow @contrabanditx on Instagram.

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry Conditions

  • Purchase of any product from contrabandit.com during the promotional period grants one entry per order.

  • No additional entry fees apply.

  • This is a trade promotion; no element of chance is offered without purchase.

4. Giveaway Schedule

  • One winner is drawn weekly during a Sunday night Instagram Live, time announced via Stories on @contrabanditx.

  • Entry period for each draw runs from Monday 12:00am to Sunday 5:00pm (AEST), unless otherwise specified.

  • The Promoter will post advance notice of the livestream timing through Instagram Stories.

5. Prize Pool

  • The prize is funded by net profits from orders made during the entry window.

  • Prize value varies and is shown in daily updates via Instagram Stories.

  • If profits exceed $10,000 AUD, additional winners may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Verification

  • Winner is chosen via random draw using a verified generator.

  • The draw is livestreamed publicly on Instagram (@contrabanditx).

  • To verify identity and confirm the win, the selected winner must:

    • Be available for a live video call with Contrabandit during or shortly after the draw.

    • Consent to the call being screen-recorded and used in promotional content (including paid ads).

Failure to complete the video call in a reasonable timeframe may result in prize forfeiture and redraw.

7. Claiming the Prize

  • After live verification, the winner must follow up via Instagram DM and complete instructions by email.

  • Failure to respond within 7 days may result in prize forfeiture and redraw.

8. Delivery

  • Prize is paid via bank transfer, digital wallet, or public meet-up, as arranged between winner and Contrabandit.

  • Delivery occurs within 28 days of prize confirmation.

9. Transparency

  • Daily bounty updates will be posted to Instagram Stories, showing order totals and growing prize value.

  • Contrabandit may publicly share backend figures to maintain transparency.

10. Privacy & Content Use

  • By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data to administer the giveaway.

  • Winners must consent to being recorded on video, which may be edited and used in future Contrabandit promotional materials, including paid ads and social content.
